Creamy Mashed Potatoes- Yukon gold potatoes, blended with heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, butter and seasonings.

Fresh Green Beans - topped with toasted almond silvers and butter.

I have worked directly with Juana and her sons through Magic Touch Catering for approximately ten years and over that time I have witnessed their hard work and persistence in making their clients feel well taken care of and that they always come first! Magic Touching Catering always pays attention to the finest details in all events and they do it with top-shelf dedication to both their direct clients, but also to the guests in attendance for the event. The food is always fresh, well made, flavorful and presented with care! I have used MTC for small networking events where we have needed passed hors d’oeuvres as well as outside, full-service buffet events and elegant Holiday breakfasts to include a chef-attended waffle station, a separate made to order omelet station and a ham carving station. The decorations and the inventive ideas no matter the occasion surpass the last event each year, they are truly amazing! They are professional, courteous and efficient in all duties; I would recommend their company to anyone and have on many, many occasions!

We had the pleasure of working with Magic Touch Catering over the Christmas holidays. They prepared a beautiful Christmas dinner for 60 people for our company party. The food was delicious and well prepared and the staff was professional and friendly. There were many telephone calls and conversations in preparing for this dinner. Every time I spoke with Juana Carbajal, the sales director of Magic Touch, she was helpful, responsive and accommodating of our needs. Although the dinner was buffet style, the serving staff was attentive to everyone’s needs, including drinks and clearing of plates and tables. In fact, they even packed up any leftover food for us to keep!
I cannot recommend Magic Touch Catering enough. The food and service is impeccable. They make planning any event easy. As a matter of fact, we will be using them for our next event!

Magic touch catering has catered many events for our dance studio. The quality of the food is amazing and with the variety, there is always something for everyone. The ordering process is simple and the customer service is great. We have a ton of allergies and preferences with the kids and there is always so much detail that goes into the ordering to make sure that those needs are met for each child.
