The Environment Matters

Magic Touch Catering is fully committed to green cooking and environmental sustainability. We are dedicated to using local farm fresh products and actively composting all food waste. When purchasing supplies, we use eco friendly products and our cooking oil is recycled for use as an alternate fuel source. We use reusable linens and dishes while also offering compostable and recyclable items.

Community Matters

Magic Touch Catering works with a variety of non-profits to help them expand their cause and amplify their voice. We also donate time and service for local fundraising events. We are an active supporter of many valuable causes.

Raul: With over 30 years of culinary experience, Raul Carbajal, Sr., has experience in a variety of restaurant environments. Gaining most of his experience at the Arizona Club, where he became an Executive Chef. Their clients were very influential people like Senator Mc Cain, The Phoenix Sun among others.
In 1999 he founded his own company - Mr. Gordo’s Cuisine – An ADA approved facility, where he produced and distributed fresh hors d’oeuvres to the most prestigious resorts in Phoenix and Tucson. He later became a wholesale distributor for Gourmet Foods, Appetizers USA and Sysco Foods.
Raul is very passionate about food presentation as well as having it taste delicious, He uses only quality ingredients to ensure our customer’s satisfaction. Over the years he has specialized and mastered different cuisines. From American, Italian, Mexican, to Asian and Mediterranean. He has even cooked Indian food at the request of one our customers and they loved it. The sky is the limit and he is always creating new things.

Christian: Joined the company in 2004 to assist with sales, client management, fresh food preparation and day-of-event cooking. He works side-by-side with Juana as Sales Manager, engaging in activities including complimentary catering tastings, event consultations, email correspondence, estimate presentations and appointment setting. Additionally, he coordinates directly with Magic Touch Catering’s preferred vendors as well as takes a leadership role among the staff.

Juana: Founder of Magic Touch Catering, Juana Carbajal studied Business at Glendale Community College. An entrepreneur-at-heart, event planner and food stylist, Juana works directly with Magic Touch Catering clients to plan their special events, including weddings, corporate events, milestone birthday parties and traditional quinceañeras. She handles internal operations as well as manages the company’s over 15 employees.
